Shipping Policy
COMMISSIONED ART FOR PORTRAITS

When the commissioned art is completed an email will be sent to the client with a high resolution photograph of the finished work.
Once approved and satisfied with the finished result the client can then choose a frame from our online frame selection.
The art work will be professionally framed, which is included in the price.
The time scale for the painting to be completed,framed and posted will be 3/4 weeks.
Postage is also included in the price within the United kingdom.

Return & Exchange Policy
COMMISSIONED ART RETURNS POLICY
​
We do not accept returns on commissioned art work that as been approved by the client via email.
​
Only commissioned Art that arrives damaged can be returned.
We must be notified on the date of arrival, so we can contact the courier company.
​
Once we have received the damaged art work we will then give a full refund for the cost of the purchased Art work and courier costs to return item.
